This website is runned by MTV networks, which is under a larger company called Viacom. Therefore, most of it's job opportunities are in relation to the media. For example, if you are interested in the media, companies such as Nickelodeon and Harmonix may have what you are looking for. In addition to listing job opportunities and recruiting events, there are internship opportunities listed. Personally, i think that this is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain experience while waiting for entrance to an university. These experiences would be very useful for one's future career.
